People - my first time on here and what a bunch of nonsense. I may've picked three positive comments in the random threads I read. I heard about this site from a competitor and wow do we look like a bunch or sorry and foolish professionals. Galderma has had its issues yes, but look at the whole pie. The majority of the ride has been awesome! So what if management does this or does that...do what is right for YOU and leave instead of complaining to strangers on some pitty "cafe" website. Appreciate what you have and think of those who would die to be in our shoes. You may regret your words one day, trust me!

What happened to Stewart I thought he was the guy to fix this mess and now gone in less than a year. and the post about Todd Z are very concerning where is the leadership of this place and what is the future?

So true ! The Nazi party where on the right track . However , MLK was very misguided in his beliefs . C'mon dog wake up , change is needed to head in a better direction . You can disagree and still be a good employee ya know . Bitchin is one thing , but I see plenty of good employees working hard to effect change for the common good .

Thanks for being a good foot soldier for many weak Galderma legacy leaders . Better jump up early for the Easter Bunny sparky .
 








So glad to be out of there. If they cannot keep people at the top and or if it keeps changing all of the time you know something is really messed up. Either the goals, the expectations or the profit - who knows. Glad to be at a company that is focused on growth. The best days of the big G are long gone.
