A majority of Biomet folks I know still have no clue if they are being kept on.Some have heard they're being kept, but no word on salary, etc. Others have their supervisors being told they didn't make the cut, but no one knows who they report to after the merge occurs. For as touchy feely a company biomet was made out to be, they are sure being rude to their employees
 






The simple fact is you and everyone else are a number and if the people who do the choosing like you then you should be OK. If you are not liked you better fire up that resume and get ready for the long search for another job. And depending on your education level you will probably be looking a long time. Bottom line Zimmer has screwed the entire town of Warsaw and good people who come to work everyday and do their best to keep this company moving forward are now going to be making some big life changes just so Dvorak's bonus will increase. Plus he will just bail after this merger and take his millions and ruin another company.

Biomet may not be the best company in the world but it has kept food on the table for many good people. Good luck Warsaw you're gonna need it!
