Fresenius has a sales force. If you knew anything about the dialysis market you would know why it's ethical. Sorry! The Renagel scare tactics are once again screwed. If you were confident in your product you would not have started this thread. Good Luck Genzyme!

There may be nurses out there in the UK who are toying with the notion of becoming a nurse with Fresenius Kabi / Calea, in either their Enteral or TPN divisions.
DO YOUR SELF A FAVOUR AND DON'T !!!!
This is without doubt the worse company that I have EVER worked for. They will "suck" you in with tales about how good they are to work for, but I promise you that the reality is totally different. It is an horrendous company to work for. They will grind you and mash you until there is nothing left. Everything is FOR the company and you will not count as anything other than cannon fodder.

I could not agree more with the comments. Calea are losing so many staff in TPN that half the time they cannot cover the patient rota without having to use expensive agency staff.
Yes, they are a horrid company to work for. What is worse though is that the so called managers refuse to accept that there is a problem. Everything is geared to looking after the customer. The nursing staff just dont count. They are only interested in maintaing the accounts they have. Sooner or later, the accounts are going to realise just how shit Calea treats its nursing staff and when they do, I just hope they go else where. Its the only thing that will make Calea see sense.....but by then it will be too late anyway.
DO NOT WORK FOR THEM.
