Ethicon Internal vs External hires

I have been on 3 interviews with Ethicon Endo, WHU, and Ethicon Inc. Y are the mgrs saying the same thing in each interview? I have 2 external and 2 internal candidates to interview but will move you forward to a field ride. If my company, had good internals they wouldnt even waste time doing external interviews. It just doesnt make sense and seems to be a total waste of time. Why not consider internal 1st and if those dont work out then go external??? Or is it just formality to say that?

Just the JNJ way of giving you interviews...until you have signed the mighty servance package....then watch they will stop in time like everything else.

I called HR today to ask a simple question. Where in the past they were courteous and nice...today they were rude...? why go figure>
