Ethicon Energy Sales-- Please Help!

A position was just posted for an "Energy Sales Rep" in my area. Any thoughts on this position? I can't find it posted on another site with a recruiter to contact. I'm not as familiar with J&J... do they use recruiters? If so, have any names to contact? Also, any reps out there to comment on if they like the position or not? What can one expect to bring home Y1?

Great place to start out and get experience. But unless you have a secure territory with great contracts I would get the experience then jump elsewhere.
