Employees can make suggestions as long as they are in line with the "Ethicon Nice" mantra. Don't question the leadership or else you will be labeled as "negative" or "cynical".

Corporate CULTure that shun employees who question the actions of leaders and deem valid concerns as non-legitimate are operating from an unethical business model. Exposure of the truth is a threat and in order to minimize the facts management often employs tactics to demean, insult and manipulate employees into doing what they are told, even if unethical or illegal.
