Ethicon buys Quill

So we have been telling hospitals for years that Quill suture is a bad product and that it is not around to stay and then we buy it? And now I have to face the same surgeon and MM that I told not to buy it and tell them that THEY SHOULD buy it?

Yes, just like you've been telling them not to reprocess for years and now have Sterilmed to meet their needs. Stop being a baby! The customers and the world has changed. Ethicon is finally starting to change and adapt to reality!

That's your own dumb fault for selling against the product. Most of us did not do that as we knew Ethicon would enter thy market eventually.

It's a piece of string, I'm sure your surgeons and MM will get over it...

You should have no problem getting over your comments to your customers about Quill. Your real concern should be selling against VLock. They are very aggressive in selling their product.
