Pay ranges 60k to 80k with about 25% of that being tied to your performance bonus. The bonus is paid out quarterly and is based on how your performed on your assigned sales objectives. Expected time in the position is one year, but can range from 6 to 18 months. For almost the first 3 months you will be in training, then you are out in the field. Depending on the territory needs and your abilities you may be with another rep in the beginning, or they may turn you loose and you're basically doing the job of a full rep; but usually focusing on a smaller subset of the business. I think its a great position for someone with no or limited sales experience. Once you finish your time as an ASR, you move to an open position within the territory which usually spans a few states so you would need to be open to relocating with little control over where you go.
