Looks like Jakob has a plan to weed out those who he doesn't see as being part of the new team/direction.

But - be assured, those interviews will cascade down. All the way down to the rep in Des Moines and the admin in clinical ops, or those in field offices. No one will be spared, it's the thinning in the forest and it only starts with the tallest trees. Only when the fire has burned away the weakest plants can new seedlings take place.

Well in this case, THEY are presenting for their jobs. I wonder how buried we VPs will be in the coming weeks, preparing our respective ET members slide decks for their interviews.

Are you really pretending to be a VP on here? Get lost - you're a brand manager at best. And my guess is an ex-brand manager at that.
