ESR ROLE, Salary? and other fun stuff

Hey party people! I've been tentatively offered an ESR role with S&N. I'll get the exact offer numbers sometime next week but I want to see if anyone knows what the starting salary is for and ESR. Also, what is the family health care cost like?

I'm asking this question because I will be interviewing with a hiring manager Monday for a capital equipment position. I want to get in the OR but I have to look at each offer objectively.

Lastly, if you hate S/N please save me your crying. If you can answer the questions above please do. After that, feel free to bash them.

Funniest post of the year. Lol. Ya I am sure they offered you an ESR role to join.

Second that. You can't be offered an ESR role. It has to be earned. The answer to your salary question would be different as people hit it at different tenure due to experience. Hence, there will have been incremental pay raises along the way. All of S&N benefits suck.

All of S&N sucks. Work harder to pay less. Focus on the other position. This company's going nowhere.

First....u sound like an idiot. Second..esr levels are assigned based on what previous experience u have, what they have approved, and what they can get you for. Your promotions to higher esr levels are based on sales growth and number of years with growth. The X factor...if u leave will they care and how much new money an AVP has each year. Do u have a weak DOS that will allow u to bitch and moan till u get what u want even if others r more deserving. Plan on 2-3 years between promotions with good to great growth. For u, bc you are an idiot...I give u less than 2 years and u will be gone

Only an idiot would take a role with this company ...so he might fit right in.

I would recommend running. 11 weeks into the calendar year and 7 or 8 reps have bounced (out of 80ish). Last year almost 30 reps left. That should be enough to tell you the answer to your question. Conservatively, 60% of the division will turn in 24 months. Yikes!
