Hearing mixed messages about this small company in MI....appears to have a largely inexperienced management team from investor blogs I have seen, etc. A friend employed there said to me that most employees are great but a couple toxic members at the top have created a horrible atmosphere....can anybody confirm/deny this? I also hear that there is not only no work-life balance but you could get slammed for even suggesting it is bad. Thanks.

Confirmed. Lots of good people work at Esperion...a couple horrible actors at the top poison the well unfortunately. Re Investor article (assume it was Matt Herper's - Forbes) from Summer 2017...he nailed the CEO credibility issue.

Avoid at all costs. The launch of their new LDL drug has been a complete failure. Huge credibility issues with managers . Very unprofessional interview process. The board is absolutely clueless. Just read the cafepharma board.
