Esperion and DS settle lawsuit. 100 million to Esperion but the market thinks different. Stock down!

You would think there would dancing in the streets of Ann Arbor that the lawsuit was settled. But like anything else with Esperion the opposite always happens. The stock was brutalized today from the opening bell where it immediately went down 25%. It finally limped in at 4pm down 22%. So what do investors know that we don't. This isn't a healthy picture and seems like DS just threw 100 million at Esperion to stay out of the way. It does buy Esperion a little more time to keep up with their tradition of the money burn every quarter. This wasn't good today folks. Let the bonfire continue.

Will the Scientific Interview Process service another 4 years?? Were going to be lucky to get through this year as soon as that 100 million is gone were going to be last man standing.
 








Look for a great deal of turbulence today with the stock. This settlement did nothing to settle the turbulence over the last 6 months. I guess we should buckle up today.
