Can someone explain why a large company would want to disrupt so many of its employee lives over bidding on shifts?? This is counter productive and leaves a bad taste in your call center reps.
If you work in a call center don't think that they care. It is a 'churn and burn' mentality and your manager and the person who is the site manager are just number pushers for corporate . They have no regard for the people that actually do the work. Only 2 people from 20 in training still here...
