The brand needs realistic goals and a good IC plan. Most reps are below goal, and not making any bonus. IPF is a fatal disease and a lot of patients can not tolerate the drug. Those issues are not being taken into account. If IC can be fixed, people will stay.

What was the point of asking us why morale is so bad and why people are leaving in bus loads when you continue to do the same thing?

How do you think withholding numbers because they were bad for months then releasing the crappy numbers landed on the few people left who were still working and not job hunting? Do you even care?

What a mess!

It's a complete mess, and has been for way too long. I would say most are looking for other opportunities, but some looking harder than others.

people like KM are more worried about the next ladder climbing opportunity than actually doing a good job in their current role

she and others like her are the ones career shopping without performing and getting promoted, while leaving their previous place in a mess

Thats the Genentech way. You know that. Also, promotions are only for females. If your a male, forget it. Genentech will do anything for the feminist. There is a war being waged against the white, hetero male. It's a fact, just look around at those being promoted and hired.

This thread took a turn.... let's go back to the fact the salesforce has lost trust. And people are leaving left and right and will continue to leave unless something is fixed.
