I am one the top rep in this division. I have sold nearly $4000. BYGO free. That's like taking candy from a baby. Or a SM.

I have given at least 2 cases of free Altrus hand pieces in the past 4 months.

I have learned that SM will backstab anyone to advance his career. He is a snake and everyone knows it. But it makes me smile to know that he has been stuck at Conmed this long, missed every goal ever given to him, and not able to get an interview with a reputable company.
 






Lies in the ES division at ConMed

Lie #1 Hiring manager and recruiter both stated 130K at plan.
Lie #2 Both said the TM before was above plan >130K
Lie #3 Boot camp was beneficial and allowed me hit my quota and make money
Lie #4 I learned to sell the entire bag in training
Lie #4 Altrus quotes are realistic
Lie #5 Altrus quotes are realistic

Did I say Altrus quotes are not realistic yet?

Lie #6 Hiring manager and recruiter never said they would tie Altrus to every other product for bonus? ....so they didn't have to pay me.
Lie #7 ConMed is a growing B to A company
Lie #8 The TMs who inherited Altrus may be great salespeople (I don't know)
Lie #9 The TMs who are not a plan with Altrus may be great salespeople (I don't know)
Lie #10 All projected Altrus earnings
 
























Altrus- not sure where it benefits in surgery over any of the other major players. Device a little too late to market and doesn't bring any clinical benefit (speed, dissection, grasping, sealer) to the surgeon, except when you can give cases away to hospital for free like you have stated.
Did I mention altrus breaks. Clamp that pumper Doc while I open up another free Altrus for you. I will send this broken one back to customer service.
 






Me too product that are not selling because all of the real branded product companies have lowered
their prices. Why buy junk when you can buy the real stuff for less $. And the company is not making it # for the 2nd yr in a row.

Endomechanical business is in the tank. This business is going south faster that we can put it on. Products are breaking no contracts and no way to hit quota GOOD Leadership NOT!!!! Do not work for this company.
 






This company is up for sale. The products are not unique everyone has the same products. No one wants a company that has no growth no R & D and poor leadership. If you are interviewing be smart stay away. Olympus laughs at ConMed as do major accounts.

And you're right, those were all lies thrown out by their internal recruiter that has to stay busy with all the turnover as well as the piece of shit Brian Ellis. 130-150k at plan? Lol keep dreaming BE.

Horrible place to sell, especially with the management and their micromanaging bullshit.
