She basically did say this. And it was a horrible way to treat one quarter of the organization. She is visibly upset that people are unhappy here now and basically said to get the f out.

No professional with an ounce of a brain will be idiot enough to stay around without some assurances. You know that and everyone does. Agreed. No one will stay at this dying, high risk company without an incentive. All the good people are interviewing and quitting and will continue to do so, especially at anytime this company could implode. People have families to support. Exactly. She makes millions and has no sense of reality whatsoever. She can get off her soap box because it was insincere as hell. I have zero respect for that woman. I was going to try to stay here, despite the lack of real money. There is no bonus potential here. I can't put my career and family at risk without some sort of retention plan. It is ridiculous to not offer that. I know they want certain employees that are in non-producing territories to keep quitting, but they will continue to lose others they don't want to lose. The cold reality is that everyone, and I do mean everyone at least is applying to other jobs at this stage. I've never seen so many quit in such a short amount of time and more will be following next week.

Ask anyone how many times they’ve witnessed or been a part of a lay-off where recent president’s club winners got the axe and slackers have been retained. Nobody is ever “safe” in this industry! Not to mention....what is a top performer, exactly? Is it based on enrollments? Attempted infusions? What “sales” numbers are we using? Where can one find these national rankings?

Yes, that is true many times. But not this case. They will maintain positions in the 42 targeted areas where they are getting business.
