True statement for many departments. Prentiss tops the lists. This place feels like high school with the cliques and all. The Amgen people hired are from the same group of friends not known for their excellence but were the popular crowd. Forget diversity, moxie, or creative thinking. The leadership team can only handle a certain "type" meaning they don't know how to lead.

Why in the world did people leave some great companies only to experience Kite being bought less than six months into their new sales position? Of course they didn’t know the acquisition would be as quick as it was. The Gilead culture is most certainly a favoratism club!

Not only is Kite wrought with nepotism, it's a sexually hostile work environment. Actually, sat at a sales leadership dinner when a drunken D Parks said, "We're going to figure out everyone's porn names." Some left the table, others tried to avoid the debacle. She had none of it. Made her way around the table and forced subordinates to participate. Even C Sjogren, who could have intervened, encouraged others to play along. What an HR nightmare!
 












Aside from All the nepotism BS, we are getting Killed. Killed by a company that cant even make product consistently. Wtf? Sick of this BS leadership team. Cant even win as ass kicking contest against a one legged competitor! Lol
 


















Totally disagree, company has been a shit show since MA left the incompetent and phony new CEO. I have no skin in game but this guy fought for us field teams to get our bonuses paid in time when the entire prior management team ran with their money leaving us in the dust
 


















Kite is going downhill very fast every day and now another big G mafia is eating Amgen mafia. People leaving every day in doves. Toxic and abusive leaders aka AH everywhere. No help to deserving performers.
