Epogen, Aranesp, Procrit: All ESA's made by Amgen. Procrit marketed through J&J. Procrit approved in CKD but not for dialysis, so rare to see it in a dialysis unit. Only outpatient dialysis units subject to "bundle".

Sensipar: Oral med, only drug in the category, not included in bundle at this time.
Vitamin D (Zemplar-IV) (Hectorol-IV and PO) are included in the bundle.
