Nice to see that publicis values the employees with tenure. Just one more hit for being a loyal employee. New hires making more than experienced reps. That just makes my day and makes me want to give 200%
 




































Itis a paycheck but be prepared it is full time with part time pay. Document all your work , they will squeeze anything out of you than can. They tried to not pay reps for traveling to meetings, they were called out on it and agreed to pay the reps.
They expect you to be available and ready at most all times?
If you have a great DM, that understands, then it is manageable. Otherwise it's been A big turnover.
