I am surprised to hear there was turnover in DMs. Good to know though.

I'm a DM on the EPBU contract. And I'll tell you from the getgo that this is total rubbish. There has not been a single territory nationwide where it has had two managers in the past. This much I can say though, there were some that were vacant but have since been filled. Why they temporarily didn't have a DM, I'm not getting into that discussion.

Our DM has had sex with 3 of the district female reps, 2 were married. Very unprofessional company.

To the troll: Publicis does not tolerate harassment of any kind. DMs are highly regarded by their representatives as measured by 360 degree surveys with confidence intervals approaching absolute certainty. They are also highly regarded by their client's management team and they are unambiguously effective and very serious about their work. One of them knows who you are. That is not good for you. Shutting up would be, though.

I want to put the moves on a couple of reps but am afraid that she may not say yes and blab to everyone in the field that I tried to hit on her. Any ideas? No I am not a dm, but am a rep from another company that has had the hots for his old Schering rep forever.

As a woman rep I prefer the direct approach. Find me in a sample closet and force you will on me. I get off on being dominated!
