Both sales manager offers were rescinded, so they have no obligations to LC. Don't think too hard you moron.

Are you smoking Hunter’s crack? LabCorp is the most unethical company out there. They treat their lab employees like crap and only cares about profits, not the patients.

Sad but the truth is they will have you move your accounts over then cut you off at the knees 6 mos later. Start interviewing now. They just don’t care about people and their lives. All about the almighty bottom line and them climbing the ladder. It’s actually a very sad way to live.

Labcorp came into our lab, gave us LOI over market, and pulled their offer once they completed their diligence. They basically found out everything our lab does to beat them in certain markets and are now going after all our accounts. Labcorp is the scum of the lab industry. They care about stock price period and do many unethical/illegal things. My partners refused to sue them even though our lawyers said they lied about reason for pulling offer. If I was Enzo reps, I would get paid by Labcorp for as long as I could and the entire time, slowly move my business to other labs. The non-compete they make you sign is worthless and unless they keep paying you, you win in court. Labcorp knows this and that is why they try to move accounts to service reps before the sales rep understands what is going on. F**K LABCORP!

Reps have the choice of refusing to sign on with LC and the smart ones move on. Even with the 3 year bridge payments, most are screwed because they won't last that long and LC has this built into the model.
