I find that hard to believe. There are at least 3 useful reps. The others are idiots and just skimming along for the ride.

Trust is certainly an issue with AF however, the Enzo Sales and field reps lackluster performance is their own doing. I would surmise that some if not a majority will be let go very soon without risk of client loss. There is consolidation going on in the industry and no where left for the always underperforming reps to go and hide anymore. The staff reductions are warranted.

Almost HALF are gone and no big loss at all. They were useless and ineffective. We have a few more left that needs to go but I hear once there accounts are secure it will be bye bye Enzo reps.

The other half had better saved up those big guarantees. RIF's will continue in March/April. So don't bother to try and look productive because it won't matter.
