Entresto samples. Done?

I hear that after the next shipment of Entresto samples, there will be no more. Last batch coming this summer.
Does that mean we are stopping promotion by end of this year? I wonder.

Won't be any layoffs in 2024. Novartis will lawyer up with any negative Entresto LOE verdicts and keep the appeals going until 2025. They need the Entresto $$ as long as possible because its paying the bills. I'm stating the obvious but Leqvio/Medicines Co. was a horrible purchase. Novartis will never recoup the $10 Billion they paid for it.

It's a sunk cost at this point, they aren't worried about it's success anymore.
ZS will come and draw new maps for leqvio only. Anticipate a minimum of TAS 2/3 layoff and 1/3 retained.
ISS and ABLs will be cut in half. Most of the AD/D/ED will be cut in half as well. No chance this product carries this size of a sales force.
Take the severance check or early retirement.

What you don't understand is "lawyering up" doesn't stop a generic manufacturer from being their version to market.
Once the FDA approves it, its getting launched & nobody will give any fucks about the Novartis legal team.
That isn't how this works.
The two litigation teams will negotiate damages for years & ultimately reach a settlement. There's a very real chance the layoffs hit in '24.
Don't delude yourself. If you want to live in a fantasy world, that's your business, just don't spend another second believing Novartis legal will save you.
