U bet! Other than being under paid compared to the rest of the industry and having people manage us that have absolutely no business managing sales people and constantly being threatened with dismissed this is one hell of a place to work.
It could actually be one of the best but we have a crazed lunatic at the helm. He takes us on a mystical journey through sales never never land with knights in shinning amour and a castle . Buys us drinks and song. Sexually harasses any women he fancies then fires us all it seems for no real reason. Yes it's a mad mad world here in Georgia. Too bad it didn't last longer. About the time we as sales reps figure out the system they fire us and recruit all new dummies.

This is what happens when an unethical person finds a loop hole in the industry! He hires uneducated, naive, unethical, snake oil salesman to do his bidding.
They then promise the world to people who have actual experience in the field, then completely screw them!

No joke, when you piss off a bunch of experienced reps, word spreads! Inexperienced castle management don't understand reps and how they research and find ways of communication.
Castle, reps have found you out! You have a great sales force, they just don't trust you! After all that has been revealed, it will be very difficult to ever get so many experienced reps to ever work for you again. Your best option is to make reps feel secure and that this company could be a career. It will be difficult, but it is better to try and patch things than never have the great sales force you currently have.
