ENT TM Position

I was contacted by a recruiter last week about a position in ent. There were obviously no details " until I call him about this GREAT OPP" other than local metro terry, which is really apealing.
I know how this board works and usually do not ask questions on here but I would much rather hear the reality before wasting my time with recruiters. Just a few basic questions.

what is the base ; total comp?
car or allowance?
how are the products compared to the rest of the market?

Olympus ENT = no growth! shaver needs even more work and it's launched! but sales are suppose to just go sell that piece of crap. Then there is the DTad, Dturd, does not work or come close to working. How in the world can a product like this even make it's way out of prototyping? Flat, flat business. But hey if it's a way into device sales, remember you have been warned.
