I am curious since I am no longer at Merck or in the industry...
With all the tracking devices management uses now, is it still possible to work the "3 T's?"
(For those who may not know that refers to only working on Tuesday through Thursday from 10-2?
Than off to the gym or home or where ever.)
The job was easily doable within those parameters back in the day, but I know they
have turned up the heat on reps, even though pharma sales is barely even a part time
job at best...
Has Merck made it impossible to work these kind of hours? Or do the people that are manager's
pet's still get to win all the awards for barely showing up on territory and just being favorites?
