what vp wants to go micro into field letters and target lists, especially when everything else is a mess. just allow your RD's and Dm's to manage it. Let them do what they are paid to do.

I haven't been here long and already I can see her style is ineffective. she worries about letters and target lists while i am driving an unsafe fleet car that should have been replaced.
She doesn't care about people or trust them. Isn't trust a cultural hallmark?

Some of those good people left for better jobs in oncology and GI for better pay. Probably heard some of the InVentiv folks are making more than we are.

And haven't you ordered a new fleet vehicle yet? The other high mileage people have.
 


















So what if some of the Inventiv reps are making more than you? Maybe they have more experience than you do. Many inventiv reps have been in bigger companies than MLK and have made a ton of money and got caught up in layoffs. It could happen to you too. Don't be a hater.

Actually people who had only 5 total years of pharma experience and some was with a contract company was offered over 80k. So for direct hires who are making the same after several more years of experience, it is a slap on the face.
 












New contract reps were offered over 80k? Been with MNK many years and I don't make that yet. Wonderful.

I know; I personally know 4 that were offered between 78-82K. When I cameo. A few years ago I was td 78K was the max and I brought 6 years of pain experience with me.


I personally felt it was a slap in the face and I immediately started looking elsewhere. I was lucky and received an offer just after the fist if the year. It's a much better environment ,a true speciality position and making 90K.
 
























Legacy reps have been selling pain longer than that, and not all make that. Some do, however.

i was offered 78K and i had 7 years of pain experience. my previous gig was 85.
it's a job. perform well and you can make it up in bonus. i don't get all the bitching. for crissake, you're WORKING!
feel free to dump all over me. i don't care what you whiners think. i am going to sell these products, enjoy doing it, be happy in my life with my family and make myself a nice bonus to boot.
next year when the new product comes out, i'm going to do it again. have a nice life.
