Isn't it time to put the SED thread to bed? Certify it dead. The SED is no more, has left the building, has boarded the mother ship back to Uranus!

The SED has always been and always be a figment of our unimagination. He has never been Pixar material but certainly comic strip fodder.

Leave the SED, leave this thread. Feed your head and retire to where ever!

You are correct. Grifols is an at will company which means they can terminate an employee at will or for some of you, at anytime. Of course there has to be a reason. They aren't just going to say your fired and we have nothing to back it up. But it is like the dumb representative and his company hardware up north (or so our manager told us and warn us) their are certain things you just don't use company hardware for and I believe the same rep submitted receipts with booze on it. Against SOP's!
 
























SED may be an asshole but remember......where would you be without one !??????? With SED you have two. A primary and a backup. Quit complaining and respect the SED !!!!!

I'm sure the SED feels your internal pain and hopes you seek immediate counseling. In the interim, visit a church of your choice, fall down on your knees and thank the Lord that SED has been such an important part of our lives !!!!!!
 
























The SED has his fair share of supporters and why shouldn't he considering his illustrious career. What he has done for Bayer/Talercris on the national accounts front is of legend.
He conducted business with a high degree of professionalism and moral ethics that were lost when the cerberus isolationists wiener boys and girls took over.
