Enough nonsence

I would like to start this by being forth right and saying I have been invested in your company for several month. I recently came across this message board and was unsettled by what people where saying on it. The object of this is not to sway readers in one direction or the other or to advise others as to what the smart thing to do maybe. I invested in this company because I believed in it's potential. After research and learning more about the team you have at your disposal and the various patents you have accumulated throughout the course of your operations my faith in the company has only grown (even if my initial investment have lessened.) It is unclear if anyone on this message board is actually an employee of Pernix Therapeutics, but if any of you do happen upon this message. I thought it might be nice to hear something other then the unrelenting messages from people who are concerned about when they might be able to cash in on your hard work or those who are betting against your success. I know I am not alone when I say that I am sure that you are doing what you believe is best for all of us who have a stake in the company and am looking forward to your future success.

I call bs on this post. Clearly from the grammar and nonsensical comments you are not a major investor. These remarks could only be the brainchild of upper management.

I didn't claim to be major anything. Just an investor with well wishes. Sorry for my poor punctuation it's never been my strong suit. As for being "the brain child of upper management." I'm sure they have more impactful or at least more appropriate ways to address their employees.

I call bs on anyone posting in this forum. You messed up by stating you were disturbed by comments you've read recently. Well, if you look back, there hasn't been much action on our board. Yes, I said OUR BOARD, bc I am a rep for this company, but there were not hardly any comments from previous 6 months up until a few weeks ago when we called out a wall Street troll. It has only intensified since they started posting, bc they are pissy about money they lost by betting on our company. they want to blame the sales reps and get us to jump ship so the company will struggle harder. But we also have money vested, we have stock we want to see a profit on. I understand this is a game for you and any outside interest posting on our board, and you can come at us with kindness, but I don't trust your intentions, and kindly ask you to screw off. If you lost money, I'm sorry. If you're trying to gain an advantage in a very dire situation, shame on you. But go away.

Hey The Grinder Man still believes in Pernix and all employees. I have large investment in your company. I am one of the good guys (as are other investors/owners) that are not shorting or damaging your company.

We want you to succeed as it is a win-win for everyone.

So stop bashing investors, Pernix does not own this board. It is an open Pharma forum for employees and owners and mgmt of company. Investors are owners. And so are some employees who own stock.

In fact some of the most harsh rude comments that are negative have come from sales reps bashing and cussing out mgmt and investors/owners.

Cafe Pharma is a cesspool for the sales morons of the Pharma world who never make their numbers and try to feel better by posting trash while hoping they get upgraded on their flight from Altoona to Lancaster. There is a reason us employees in the corporate office (who actually know what is going on) don't post on this board. 99% of what is written on this board is a lie, good luck syphoning through the vomit to find that golden nugget. Fact is Pernix stock is going to 0, sales numbers missed targets again this quarter and no one wants to buy this sinking ship.

how do you know the stock is going to 0, nobody will buy Pernix, and that we missed our Q2 targets again? Sounds like more of the bs you just mentioned
