I have been gone from Forest for almost a few years now. Just had a former co- worker call me out of the blue to catch up on things. By the end of the call I was left shaking my head at the continued exodus in this region. All I hear is Ray Gerace this and that. Never worked for him but if people keep quitting, going on stress leave etc, then wouldnt be a no brainer that HE is the problem? Same goes for Katie H, she knows she has no business being a manager and has the same track record of failure and lack of respect from her reps. Same thing with Andrea S, another little robot who pushed all her reps to either quit, go on stress leave, etc. At least she was smart enough to realize this and just go away. But for those DMs who are still having past PC award winners quit on them almost every month, I ask you, are you not embarassed that nobody wants to work for you? And to Chris Sweeney, you have been an RD of the same region for how many years now? You know its you Chris that allows this complete lack of mamagement respect to continue. Any real sales job that had managers with this track record would be fired on the spot.
 






With the open RAM spot vacated by the "MVP" (gag me) there are
opportunites for Chris, JV, & anyone asked to have some integrity & promote the MOST QUALIFIED people for the openings-regardless of how much they say yes sir. Could they possibly consider what the 90 reps think?
 












Well look at Pete, he doesn't even have a sales background. These morons (Pete and Ray) have no idea what they are doing so they make up for it by micromanaging and sending emails and texts all week long. Just let us sell! We know you can't do it, but we can. I think four people have stepped down under Pete this year; and I promise more are to follow. Great leadership!
