Here’s a fun exercise for you. Go to the indeed website and do a search for pharma sales jobs in your area. See if you see a position that is better than what you have now. Not a whole lot of prospects out there.....you’ve waited too long. Now you’re in you mid 40s and realize that it’s too late to start over. Hope you like the world of a contract rep, because that’s your next desperation gig. Save up for a car because you’ll only be getting mileage reimbursement from now on. Maybe do a Uber side gig and then you’ll almost be making what you used to at Taekda......almost.Yes. Because there is no life after Takeda. 40 is not too late to strat over. I did at that age and got out of sales entirely.
