Does anyone think that the Employee Engagement Survey matters at all? It’s like we give feedback All The Time with zero effort from leaders especially Pete to make improvements.

Heard it was terrible. Maybe they’ll fire every ‘senior leader” especially anyone in operations. Amazing how they can actually make it worse here daily.

Natera has a culture problem exacerbated by the the poor communication from the top down. Clearly this is something that the senior leaders must investigate yet they will chalk it up to some excuse and it will be business as usual.
 



Survey was worst ever by all whispers but no plan of action or concern. Can’t expect the same people who are the reason for problems to fix the problems. The board of directors are derelict in their duty to shareholders not to toss the slt out. Can’t wait to hear how it is sales fault!
 



If they would have given me the VP job for OH I guarantee those scores would have been better! Instead they promoted some guy who had zero transplant experience. Makes sense why the division is struggling.

Natera is a weak company lead by weak leaders who got there by playing politics. Not by providing solutions to our biggest challenges.
