A recruiter reached out to me in regards to the ETTM position. What's are the realistic earnings? Culture of the company? I understand the territory dictates a lot. Products compared to competitors? Work-life balance? Thanks in advance.

I predict you will have other territories to pick from and the recruiter will have job security although a very tough sell.

Salary is 40k
Commission is 5-8% depending on how close you get to your quota.
10k bonus
Do NOT take a job here. Comp plans changed for the worse over the last 2 years and quotas have gone through the roof making it near impossible to hit it. Some new products are okay, but most are standard "me too" products.
Again, DO NOT take this job. Everyone is looking to get out.

SPOT ON

should be getting an offer letter this week. Then putting in for all my PtO and sick days before I tell them I'm leaving.
Hell, I might not even tell them I'm leaving. Maybe just keep collecting a pay check until they realize I'm not working. They've taken enough money from me, might as well get some back
