I'm fed up with the endo division. Seems like another year comes and goes and nothing changes. Market share is the same as it's always been. I'm failing to see any game changing products come to market and morale isn't great. Why are B.S. and R.F still in their same positions? Shouldn't there be new blood with fresh ideas rotating through every 2-4 years? Until Cook decides that they want to change from the top down, the best they'll ever achieve is second place (or maybe 3rd). I won't hold my breath.

It's the same ol' Bulls**t. Apparently RF and BS can tickle the right sacks to keep their job. It's sad too, especially given the fact that RF nearly took another position with a competitor.

Cook is happy being mediocre.
