Gents, I am seeking honest feedback for total pay within this division. Yes I do realize that Cook is all about low comp, pharma-like benefits, low pressure, etc. I am OK with this but first want to make sure the avg is at least in the ballpark they are telling me.

60K base + car + ?????

sounds about right. You might make another 5k-10K (team bonus).
Honestly, I would only take the job if you didn't have any other options.
I made it to the final round of interviews (desperate to leave my other job)
I did not get the job. However, I landed a job with the competitor and my ultimate mission was to take away Cook business. I am suceeding BIG TIME and the Cook business is slowly eroding.
I'm so glad Cook didn't hire me. I would have taken the position and made half the money. I'm now making double what Cook would have paid.
I'm not saying that I'm a superstar rep (maybe I am, maybe not) but it could also be that the Cook rep just sucks so bad. Either way, it's great for me.

I would assume you'd make more than 60. I'm thinking the average in close to 80. The above poster would have taken the job with Cook if offered and now is painting a rosy picture of where they are at now but it is all relative. Curious, what territory is it for?

True. There is a vacant territory in Atlanta. Anyone know anything about this market/manager/etc?

He refuses to tell anyone which company. It is hilarious!! He thinks that if he tells us, we might figure out who he is. With the medical sales industry being as small as it is, I am sure that his amazing performance at his company will allow us all to pinpoint EXACTLY who he is. What a tough position he must be in.
 






Brilliant. Why do you assume it's a he? Again, go through your data. Look at your biggest loses nationally. That should narrow it down.
