Why wouldn't Endo just go all contract and then cut all their direct hire reps? Aren't we cheaper?

Not sure...it would make sense, since we have the same responsibilities than our counterparts and have proven records of working harder than they do...and we are cheaper and more flexible. But then again, Endo just make mistakes after mistakes, so something is telling me that once again they will just F this up and keep their more expensive sales force and let us go...but that's just my feeling. I have no clue if there'll even be layoffs, but I can't see how there wouldn't be...Hopefully Inventiv has a couple new contracts coming up!

Ya must be talking about yourself. Many of us a damn good reps who didn't have any other option really. Maybe you live in a big market with lots of opportunity I however don't.

Contact ending should not be a surprise to anyone. It was just a matter of time. Be thankful they did not drag this out like the last downsizing.
