End of the year and financial changes going into place with co-pay card restrictions ...repeat of 12/13?? Oracea is already doomed.

This is old news. Many of us are already interviewing for better opportunities where things get done right, not half ass!

It has been clear that this place has gone downhill for the folks who have remained loyal for several years. Many just punching the clock until something better comes along. Too bad once a leader now a loser. No leadership no vision and we will perish.

Why all the morale DOWN talk in Tracy's video....if it's that apparent then don't break what's already broken...FIX IT! Fix those cards and moral will be fine. $180 for 30 days worth of Oracea??? Yea right you've got to be kidding us! And heard Epiduo is $125 now for high deductibles which is MOST plans these days. I'm interviewing with a generic company. Same base, better bonus and even better benefits. Good luck ya'll! Such a sad situation.
