Would appreciate any responses to my questions as I am considering employment with inVentiv.
Seems to be significant confusion on what I hear from other reps.
1) I know performance is a factor however, in general, do inVentiv reps have the possibility of bonuses?
2) When a contract ends is there the possibility of obtaining a different contract with inVentiv if your performance is good?
3) Has there ever been a situation where an inVentiv rep has been later hired directly into the company which contracts with inVentiv?
