Employment Lawyers

Anyone know any good/aggressive employment lawyers in NJ/NY? There are a number of violations that have occurred to the Forest Equity Plan. e.g. those who had direct reports and do not have any are eligible to vest their stocks per 'adverse effect on nature or status of job clause'.
There might be grounds for a class action lawsuit given the number of people that are affected.
