The only employees that have any satisfaction are the execs and those who drink the kool aid. This company has shitty leadership and the culture sucks here. Once HH left it all went downhill. I don't even think I have ever seen monkey boy welch downstairs

I've seen alot of comments posted. I can put things into perspective with good and bad, but....should I interview with this company? Is it really all that bad?
 






Don't do it! This company is a complete mess. You will not make bonus. The stock is a joke.
It is abundantly clear that the salesforce is NOT a valued part of the team. In fact the sales force is expendable. They are cheap and terribly unorganized.

Check the stock price coming in at around $3 a share and that should give you a pretty good indication. OTC market is where this company belongs.

They are right. You do NOT want to work here in sales unless you have NO job and will continue to look. There are 6 NIPT's on the market and all are about the same and the doctors don't care about the differences. NO sales leadership at all.
