Terminations are in the wings FS. No way Thermo will want to keep Empire Labs(next lab to be busted) at the expense of losing Quest and Bio Ref. Labs that are actually IN NETWORK and provide quality service with out giving CASH or CHECK(one Dr in NY's preference of payment)to the Dr and or staff.

So quality service means not seeing a rep for months, running out of reqs consistently, getting no supplies and having the wrong codes in the computers for tests. Bioref is known for giving cash kickbacks...maybe if you actually worked instead of sitting on CP you would know the truth about the labs we do business with.

Hey you moron read the posts --- this is about Empire not BioRef. And yes, I do go to work instead of sitting on CP. Two BioRef reps came from Phadia so they know how the system works, and the only thing BioRef is guilty of is the 36 + allergen panel which we will no longer get credit for. And if you ask around it was the Phadia reps who created those huge panels which equated to instant ACE. Empire and BDL are the labs that are being investigated you ding dong.
 






I work for Empire, and worked for Bio D, left Bio D because of the illegal issues,only worked there for 3 months. (going back four years ago) I can assure you Empire is a ethical company, and service is top notch. Are reps corrupt , I am sure some are, every company has corrupt reps, but the owners and management are amazing. Reps (2 I know of) have got fired from Empire working being unethical.

The medical group csc aka "megatron" in Maryland was testing old people in nursing homes with those crazy panels. I guess insurance company's will cover getting tested 3x a year if you have Alzheimer's
 






























Let's see , Empire not in network with any insurance, so they infuriate the insurance companies, who threaten to kick Dr's out of network over leakage, they send a lot of tests out since they can afford to do them in house, and oh yes, they pay reps high commissions so they can give the Dr's cash for putting up with all their bullshit
