I have tried to email Scott Damron himself........Obviously from computers that
can't be traced from IT.......Every single one gets sent back.....Return to sender..
What kind of Owner of a company will not take emails from his employees?
This is such a sad place to work.... My wish is that every salse rep could
fill up his email so he would have to pull his head out of the sand....

Why do you feel the need to send anyone anonymous emails. Most people don't open emails from unknown senders because of viruses, malware etc. I highly doubt any leader of any company in the world give a second thought to anonymous emails & complaints. If you want to truly affect change, stand up, get out from behind your anonymous veil & keyboard & give some suggestions rather than just whining & name calling! By the way, my NOT anonymous emails have gone thru everytime & I even get a response, everytime. In my experience, Scott has no problem with any employee emailing him & in fact welcomes it so long as they aren't time waisters & actually have a point. Do you? If so, why the need for anonymity?

I think that he has heard from sales representatives across the board. This is his company and if he feels that a change in management is not necessary then it really will not matter what we have to say. I know that he cares about his employees. We all received a one week bonus for Christmas. There are not many companies that do that sort of thing. That comes directly from Scott. Maybe when he becomes so close to someone (Rob) he finds it difficult to let them go or change their role. Honestly they are making so much money in the South that maybe expansion just is not in their cards.

I agree with you about a change in management...if Scott really cared about his sales
reps or listened to this board...he would of done it by now.....
As far as caring about his employees...Stop drinking the Kool-Aid.....
The Christmas bonus is a nice Tax Write-Off for him...That's all..............

BLAH, BLAH, BLAH......WHY DO YOU NEED ANONYMITY?

I wonder if Scott regrets separating from the Regional Manager who left with half the sale force and started his own company? He replaced him with Rob? I know that Scott and the previous manager hit a spot where they did not see eye to eye. I wonder what would have happened if they had continued to work together? Castle would probably still be very strong.

Instead of taking him to court he should ask him to come back.
