Ely Lilly Phone Interview Questions

Could some please share the questions/type/style of the initial Lilly phone interview. Have one coming up and would like to be as prepared as possible. For all the haters I know its just a simple phone screen and if I have to ask I I shouldn't be interviewing. Times are tough, job security, mortgage, kids etc... Before you preach, remember you might be comfy now just as I was for years, but your time may come and you'll hope people will help. I've heard varying degrees of difficulty regarding phone interview and simply don't want to blow opportunity. Any serious help would be greatly appreciated. Thank You.

Do you spend your day waiting to get home and look at CafePharma? Truly Sad. You can't wait to post your idiotic comments. How bad did you get picked on in school? In reference to your question there is only one answer, if you weren't such a misfit you would know the answer but but your too busy watching internet porn and wondering what real sex is like with an attractive person.
For the rest of the normal functioning members of society please disregard the previous poster's wannabe comment and answer the origional interview question if you can. Children's QOL are at stake, and every liitle bit helps.

There are haters who will post in response to nearly anything.
But before you judge someone as a "hater", remember this: there are an unprecedented number of reps who are unemployed. Many of those looking have 15+ years industry experience, have been very successful, but due to mergers, layoffs, age discrimination - whatever - find themselves currently without a job. To think they are competing with someone who depends upon "spell check" for accuracy makes one wonder about what other short cuts are taken...

REALLY?! REALLY?! You don't know what questions or what style of interview you will be having? It is ALWAYS the same!! If you are seriously asking this I hope you are fresh out of college and therefore can justify your ignorance of this idustry. Otherwise, there are too many quality unemployed reps who would already know the answer to this and they will beat you out in the long run.

Nope. Wrong guess. I am The Spelling Nazi. Get it right or get going.

Grow up and quit being such a nasty ass hole! And, this is not the original poster either. This is someone else who thinks you are an idiot!

I hope you are never in the need of someone else's help and they are as nasty as you were to the original poster...

To the person who is interviewing, good luck to you!

Thank you 11:19 AM yesterday. You suggest that regarding the interview questions "It is ALWAYS the same!!". I don't know what "always" is because I have been fortunate to have only 2 professional jobs in my life. I have only interviewed for 3, yes that means that I almost always get the job. There must be a reason you know so much about interviewing??? If my worst fault is that I occasionally rush an email or web post and make a mistake than I can live with that. You however should be very cautious when casting stones at glass houses... "Idustry"... C'mon at least my mistake was phonetically correct; yours is just sloppy. Have a nice weekend.
Thank you again to all of the kind regular people.

first phone interview is a basic overview of resume to make sure you qualify. while going over the resume here is your chance to sale yourself and the experience you have had to show how it will fit with the new role you are applying for. I had two phone interviews about two weeks apart. About one week from phone interviews i received a call for F2F panel interview.

I would be happy to help with any other interview related questions you may have.

Why did you have two phone interviews? I had a phone interview almost two weeks ago, but I still haven't heard anything. Someone else in the area had one over three weeks ago and still hasn't heard anything. What is the usual time frame to hear back regarding a F2F interview?

There is not an exact process of getting hired. Hang tight and keep applying to any jobs that you are interested in. One thing that will help is when you are interviewing is informing those on the phone that you are willing to relocate for work.
