You nailed it V. The man does double talk when he says he isn't being paid. The truth is, the Orange Blob announced he's loosening the rules for self-driving cars, nudge, nudge, wink, wink (Tesla) and repealing tax credits when one is bought making Elon richer and TSLA stock shoot through the roof. It also joined the Trillion Dollar valuation club today because of this.

In 'trying to be cute', you miss the point entirely Basment Boi, the issue isn't ' not being in favor of it', the issue is: Elon saying he wasn't getting paid (compensation) when he is. He isn't being paid in hourly wages or a salary but rather in a major business boost which puts many dollars in his pocket. In other words, he's basically misrepresenting the case.

Elon is our first official US oligarch. More to come. Just like in Russia. The cult thinks the price of groceries will go down and all these billionaire oligarchs are their friends. I have ocean front property to sell them in Arizona. What a gullible bunch of useful idiots…and don’t forget that they think housing prices will fall….hahaha…most houses, apartments being bought up by private equity groups and all the workers who are employed by builders will be rounded up and deported. Do these people ever actually think beyond their nose???
