Why do so many of them get demoted or moved? Why are they complaining about having too much work and yet they walk around and talk a lot? Why do they yell and sneak up on people and get away with it? Why are the boss of bosses never investigating or seem to care being that this has been going on for many years now. Why can't the team leader do the sneaky investigating job task (which is really the job task of a person with authority) and assign waterspiders or equivalent to complete the other a.o. tasks?
Move them into production with the same pay, or allow them to leave the company, because if this corrupt bullshit continues, there might be some PREVENTABLE consequences at the work place soon.
