Lilly's epm process is a vicious cycle of failures. What was meant to encourage and reward good behaviors and good people has become a complete disaster of lies, deception, unhealthy competition, make believe projects reps have to make up to look good. The whole year is spent conjuring up the biggest bunch of BS and ways to suck up to a manager for the sake of an epm. Managers are at fault if they are so simple minded to fall prey to this and not be able to see the truth. Granted, all the managers I knew were just that simple minded....company nincompoops who couldn't look beyond the brown sh*t stuck on the end of their own noses. and to my manager from last year who isn't even with this company any longer, I hope you read this and think to yourself.....wow that's me. I can't believe I was that into self-promotion to play these stupid games.
