Elephant in the room

Are we going to just ignore the fact that it’s very unlikely that anyone will hit the target goal by the end of the quarter? Is the commission structure going to be reevaluated? “Kowa always does the right thing” here’s an opportunity to “do the right thing” and acknowledge this elephant.

Very unlikely to hit the target goal? PCPs treat 1000s other things. This must not fit in primary care. You know Kowa eventually needs to return a little revenue or profit. They have been paying reps a year without working. Which no Pharma company had done that in the history of Pharma.

I would be happy with leadership admitting they were wrong. That would be sufficient payment for me, but they never will. It’s always the reps fault.
