Anyone know how often they will be looking at our signatures? After all, there are too many diabetes reps with only 2 drugs- finding it hard to sample .... Heard layoffs in April? Anyone know anything!!!

The signature records are more about averages than anything else. They look to see that sample averages are the same on Mondays and Fridays as they are Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday. Also when are the average first and last smaple call times. No samples after 4pm or before 10 and you throw up red flags. They can examine individual days but would not do so without red flags.

At Lilly the feature for managers to check what time you sampled is disabled. They can't check and most managers wouldn't bother checking if they could.

Big cuts to cardio, 20-30% cut in diabetes and 40-50% cuts in primary care MSK/Neuro. Psych Neuro ok for now as long as pipeline remains the same. Oncology ok for now.

Actually, I was told exactly the opposite. The managers can comb through the sig times and frequency, but the home office randomly does sample checks on the actual signatures to make sure they match the previous ones for the same doc. THAT's what gets people in trouble in a heart beat. Few sales managers actually have the time or inclination to roll through the district numbers... unless you really pissed them off.
