Elaprase sales force

Hey Guys,

I'm doing some research on sales force sizes for a couple of different orphan drugs (Elaprase, Cerezyme, Tracleer amd Ilaris), and trying to figure out what's the approximate number of U.S. sales reps. Anyone know?
