About 1% of the Eisai employees in the form of the current senior managers made all the wrong decisions during the past 5 years. The result is a company that is going down the drain. Who is being punished for this mess? Sales reps. Why do reps always have to pay the price? Why no one in the senior management is punished. Why do we allow the same managers who caused this mess to make more stupid decisions? Why is OB still here?

Senior management (LC, DT, OB) were hand picked by Japan. They represent the values and philosophy of Naito. Why do you ask for relief from those who make the rules, the rewards and the punishment? They are all in together.

I have a better idea, lets advertise on craiglist for protestors and encourage homeless people to show up for a free meal. Reps are funny. They call their VP of sales stupid, an idiot, dumb, etc., yet they stay with eisai. Nobody likes to admit that they're not valuable but the reality is pharma reps are absolutely useless. Nothing but a bunch of adult paperboys crying that they're being treated poorly. How else should reps be treated? You get paid more than minimum wage even though you're all no where near worth that amount.
So true, all pharma reps are worthless and have zero value in market place. And the more experience , the less desireable. I have friends who have 15-20 years plus who cant find decenct work even close to 1/2 of what they were making.
I also have a friend who has been out of work for over 18month, a former presidents club rep but unfortuantalely has too many years in pharma. Most device companies are nto interested even if they are paying 45 k base. Although, device is over rated, i also know idiots in devices who cant even add 2 plus 2
